read and reflect on the readings. The retreat environment
was just beautiful, the walks, the sound of the wind in the
trees, the candles and icons added to the experience."
The Marist 3 day ‘Contemplative Retreat’ provides an
opportunity to allow individuals time and space to come
to know God as Mary did – in the depths of silence and
in the midst of life.
These retreats offer the opportunity for silent prayer and
daily directed input. Each day there is the opportunity to
meet with a spiritual director/companion, celebrate the Eucharist
and join with other retreatants in silent and shared prayer.
