Marist Spirituality is characterized by the Charism recieved by St Marcellin Champagnat. Today this gift of the Holy Spirit shapes the lives and works of thoseBrothers and Lay people who call themselves Marist.
There are five defining elements of the Marist way and Marists throughout the world are united in striving to follow these ideals everyday. They are:
- Family Spirit
- Love of Work
- Simplicity
- Presence
- The Way of Mary
These Characteristics of the Marist way are reflected in the spirituality retreats, programs and resources that are offered by the Marist Ministries Office. The links on the left represent just a few of these programs.
